La Brea Tar Pits
Little do we know, but in the middle of Los Angeles one can find La Brea Tar Pits. This beautiful park is free for public and there is a small fee to enter the museum, but you can use AAA/student id to receive a discount.
Mysterious, fascinating and yet green and relaxing, this park it's a must visit place where you can learn about bones of prehistoric animals.
And it's still active tar pit!

The J. Paul Getty Museum
One of my favorite things in L.A. is visiting parks and museums and The Getty Museum is one of L.A's top destinations.
It's an escape from the city, where everyone can forget and relax in the tranquility of this perfect garden.
Getty's amazing garden is full of intricate design and symmetry.

and lush moss.

I wish there was more places like this all over L.A.
